Postage and Packing
UK Delivery Orders up to £100 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery taking 1-3 working days from dispatch. Orders over £100 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which are guaranteed to arrive the day after dispatch by 1pm (Monday to Friday). For Saturday deliveries please contact us directly as there will be a charge for this service.
If you require your item urgently then please place your order by telephone, requesting next day delivery, and we will if possible dispatch your order on that same day. There is a charge of £5 for next day delivery (Monday – Friday) or £10 (Saturday) and these orders will only be accepted by telephone (07890 228465). Next day orders placed on a Friday will arrive by 1pm on a Monday, unless you request a Saturday delivery. Next day orders placed at the weekend will arrive on Tuesday by 1pm. All packages require a signature on delivery, so please make sure the delivery address is one where someone can sign for the package.

International Delivery For purchases made online we currently only offer delivery to the UK and Europe. Outside the UK, European delivery is charged at a flat rate of £12. Deliveries to Europe will be dispatched by Royal Mail AirSure, or Royal Mail International Signed For. If you are outside Europe and would like to purchase an item from this website then please contact us and we will individually quote for your destination. Please contact us using the contact form for further information on delivery outside Europe. All Jewellery arrives packaged in Omerta Jewellery boxes and can be gift wrapped upon request.
Any jewellery ordered from our web site can be returned (if unworn) within 14 days for a credit note or exchange or within 7 days for a full refund (minus any postage paid). Earrings, ‘made to order’ pieces and bespoke commissions are non-returnable. Please notify us as soon as possible by email if you wish to return your purchase. You will be given details of the address to return your item/s to. Please return all packaging with the item
In the UK all jewellery should be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure a secure and traceable delivery. For Europe and Worldwide orders please ensure your method of return is tracked and insured to the value of the goods. We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods unless sent as stated. Refunds, exchanges and credit notes will be for the original value of the item purchased, excluding any delivery charges and taxes where appropriate. Please inform us of all breakages within 48 hours of receiving the order. Faulty Items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault with in a period of 6 months. All items will be inspected and if deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We offer a repair service, where repair is possible, for Omerta jewellery only, a fee may apply.
